A Friendly Note About Our Pricing
Important update:
Due to fluctuations in the gold market, we update our pricing with an eventual goldrate surcharge that is based on the gold rates of the day of ordering (stocked items), or is based on the date of casting ("made to order" items) The surcharge is approximately 10–30% on the catalogue prices of gold items.
Our catalogue prices are based on 100 gold pricing for clarity and ease. (100 = Based on a rate of 100 euro per gram.)
For example: if the gold day rate is €110 per gram, a 10% surcharge will apply.
Made-to-order items
For items that are made to order (catalogue pieces that are not in stock), the surcharge is calculated based on the daily gold price charged to us by our expert caster.
The final invoice, including the gold surcharge, will be sent to you before shipment, or can be paid upon collection at your scheduled in-store pickup.
Stocked items
Items that are in stock are sold with a gold day rate surcharge based on the date of purchase.
If you would like full price certainty, we recommend contacting us on the day of purchase so we can confirm the exact gold rate before you order.
